Description: Courtyard amenity area for residents with private pool. The pool is designed with a shallow ‘wet’ lounge and a deeper wading area. The hardscape plays off of the courtyard’s architecture and vibrant colors. Baby blue and light yellow pavers accent the ground while ipe clad planters surround the elevated trees to create an oasis in the hot Austin climate.
