Project description: TJOA partner, Alex Worden worked alongside the architectural design team, structural engineer, and sustainability team to assist in the detail development, 08 Division specifications, thermal analysis, backstop calculations and thermal comfort studies of the 325 Binney Development from design development and final construction documents.
With over 14 different wall types and complex intersections, this large midrise project provided a number of intricate and critical locations to be studied and explored. The geometric projections on the primary elevation are known as the ‘jewel boxes’ and are double height spans on facing the interior atrium space.
The project is currently under construction.
